Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Requests made after 60 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Due to the nature of the products on our website, product returns are not required and not accepted

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 60-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 60-day guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 60-day window
  • Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 60-day period has passed
  • Requests made outside the stated policy terms

No exceptions are made beyond the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Subscription Terms

When you select "Save More w/ Automatic Refills" at checkout, you are enrolling in an ongoing subscription. Here is how it works:

Duration: Your subscription continues on a recurring basis until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment, fixed contract length, or early termination fee.

Renewal & Billing: Your subscription automatically renews every 28 days from the date of your initial order. You will be charged the applicable refill price at each renewal. You will not receive a separate reminder before each charge — your enrollment serves as authorization for recurring billing on the 28-day cycle.

How to Cancel, Skip, or Pause: You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time through the self-service portal at Manage Subscriptions. No phone call or email is required. Changes take effect immediately once confirmed in the portal.

Notice Period: To avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel or pause your subscription before the next 28-day billing date. Once a renewal charge has been processed, that order is not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions: The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your initial subscription order only. Subscription renewals processed after the 60-day guarantee window are not eligible for refunds. If multiple orders are placed within the 60-day period, only one order is eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription through the self-service portal before the next renewal date.
