Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 8–13 business days
- International: 9–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once your package leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly on the carrier's website. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@edenreserve.co.
International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an international order.
Eden Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.
Shipping for Subscription Orders Subscription refills ship automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 28 days). Each shipment includes a new tracking number sent to your email. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard — no shipment will be sent for any skipped or cancelled cycle.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
